An Introduction to Frames
Homesafe door frames are made using 70mm PVC-U five
chamber profile, fully reinforced with steel and triple sealed. All our
frames are fully tested for ultraviolet resistance and colourfastness
so that they will keep their appearance for many years. Frames provide
good insulation and their rigidity ensures that draughts are eliminated.
For
the Classic range, the frames are finished in
White as standard. For our Regency range we have a choice of white as standard, or two optional extra PVC-U woodgrain finish frames in Rosewood and Oak (white on the inside).
With
the Heritage range the doors are supplied in oak or rosewood woodgrain
as standard, with woodgrain finish frames (both sides) supplied as
standard; white frames are available as an option.
